I'm Steve Bunch.
I live in Hermosa Beach, inside of yet, light
years away from Los Angeles. It's a beach town, inhabited
mainly by people that get off on knowing the ocean is mere feet
away. Hermosa Beach is a beach town much like Ocean City, Maryland
where my family vacationed growing up. You walk from
the house down tot he beach and enjoy it. There are a
lot of towns that have beaches, like Santa Monica,
Californai. But Santa Monica is not a beach town.
It's a town with a beach. Get it?

Writing:
I am starting novel #5 and should have the first draft
finished by the summer of 2010. Here I go again...
.
My first business book, entitled Finding a Job
Sucks!, is being turned into a seminar for career seekers.
More details to follow soon.
I wrote an outline for a novel
about a charter pilot in the Caribbean. It has joined
the file cabinet of other fine ideas waiting to be published.
I recently discovered three scripts I wrote three to five years ago.

Producing:
Don't Be a pRick was entered
into a film festival, but alas, we didn't win. Big
Surprise. But, we did get
an entry on
IMDB which is what we were really after; a
credit on
IMDB for our actors. Yippee!

Acting:
Suits on the Loose is now out on
video. I'm one of the prison guards in the film. A big thank
you goes out to Marianne Parker; she helped me get the role.
Recently completed shooting
"The Legend", another AFI film for
producer Todd Makarath. Look for this film to make the festival
circuit later on.
OTB, another AFI film, is a
great little short film that you want to see. Look for it in festivals near you!
Living:
Skied 32 days at Mammoth in 2007.
I got in 10 days in 2008 and looking forward to 20+ days in 2009. I have a season pass to
Mammoth
and
I'm using it well! Worth
it, many times over. Come on out and join us!
In the past few years I've vacationed in Valley View, CO, Mammoth (a
ton), Park City, UT, Las Vegas, St. Augustine, Florida, Palm Beach Shores,
Florida, Ramona, California, June Lake, California and several trips to Lake Havasu, AZ. More trips are planned.
